A project connecting ancient forms of communication with modern day messaging with the intent to educate about Cuneiform in a more relatable way.
Looking at the first alphabet, Cuneiform, I formatted a clay tablet into text message format.
My project showcases a back-and-forth text message interpretation between King Anshar and his son. The son had displeased the King by killing a friend of their enemy, and pleads with his father to convince him not to be upset.
The original two-sided tablet is called The Creation Epic, and is about King Anshar's fight against the godly enemy T'iamat.
